David is like the realtors from years ago, except with today's technology.  Other realtors that we used would put us on an automated e-mail list, and then wait for us to find the leads and ask for a showing.  David got to know us and our taste, and then he'd find the leads before we even had a chance.  He would often make himself available at only a few minutes notice, and would meet us at convenient locations for signing paperwork.  And he was so patient with us the time we changed our minds after all the paperwork was drafted.   With his help, we found a great house in the perfect neighborhood and in our price range.  David was so helpful every step of the process.  If and when we decide to purchase again, we'll definitely be back.

Dave Berg was a real pleasure working with in trying to find a new home. We had consulted with 2 other agents but he was the only one that took the time up until we closed our house. He made it very easy for us and made sure that we got what we wanted. It is people like Dave that makes house hunting a pleasure.
